According to German law it is illegal to display symbols of the nazi party.
Mr. Gary Lauck is also offering illegal downloads: Nazi Computer Games.

This our second request to EarthLink to delete this url http://www.nazi-lauck-nsdapao.com/ from your server.

As we mentioned in our first mail (30.Sept. 2001 - see below) Mr. Gary Lauck is transmitting threw his web page contents which are illegal in Germany and Switzerland. Therefore is Mr. Lauck violating Swiss an German Law and even your "EarthLink™ Acceptable Use Policy" (http://www.earthlink.net/about/policies/use/index.html).

Again we ask you to delete Mr. Lauks web page.

Please notify us after having delete his web page, so we can remove EarthLink from our list “Providers hosting Nazi sites” (http://www.akdh.ch/NN-Hoster.htm).

We kindly inform you that our list is a source of information for journalists, internet users and advertising departments.

Again I am writing to you concerning http://www.nazi-lauck-nsdapao.com

On October 4. 2001 we wrote you asking EarthLink to delete the nazi site from Mr. Lauck. Mr. Lauck is violating "EarthLink Acceptable Use Policy", the Law of Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

We inform you that we have qualified EarthLink on our List “Providers hosting Nazi sites” (http://www.akdh.ch/NN-Hoster.htm) as a Provider “knowingly” hosting Nazi Sites.
We have now informed the Los Angeles Times about EarthLinks violation of its own "EarthLink? Acceptable Use Policy" by not deleting Mr. Laucks nazi Site.

We ask you again to take action and to delete Mr. Laucks Nazi Site.
